About the project

What is FoodSafeR

FoodSafeR brings together 19 leading European academic, research, and industry organizations and addresses food safety challenges by creating a comprehensive suite of future-oriented tools, methods, strategies, models, guidance, and training materials. Leveraging cutting-edge science, these resources will be accessible through the FoodSafeR Open Digital Hub, fostering a community of professionals from the European and international food safety systems. The Hub will provide the tools and knowledge to effectively combat emerging food safety hazards and ensure a safer food supply for all.
The FoodSafeR Project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 101060698.
